Volunteer Registration

Accurate information: I confirm that all information I submit in this form is complete and accurate. I understand that incorrect or misleading information may affect my acceptance as a volunteer.
Commitment to attend: If I am accepted, I commit to attending my assigned shift(s) and completing the responsibilities given by the organizers. If I can no longer attend, I will notify the Kitab team as early as possible so my spot can be reassigned. Repeated no-shows may affect future volunteer opportunities with Kitab.
Requirements and certificate: I understand that some volunteer roles may require Arabic proficiency. (Applicants who are learning Arabic are also welcome, and roles may be assigned based on language level and event needs.) I understand that volunteering may also require participation in a volunteer orientation. A certificate of participation is provided only after completing the assigned shift(s) and fulfilling volunteer duties.
